"Me and my husband travel lots, and in mixed groups of adults only, with children, adventurous and chill. This was one of our absolute favorite places to stay. We want to bring back our family with us and a few friends. It was the perfect balance of fun activities for every level, and chill time. The staff is so friendly that we got to know lots of them by their first names and they'd recognize us from far away. We definitely felt like we were being "hosted" by everyone there. Very well done Excellence El Carmen!!"

"En general por el precio es aceptable, el problema extremadamente malo es la situación con los restantes tematicos con horarios demasiado limitados otros cerrados,cambios sin avisar lo cual provocó que el primer día cancelaran todas las reservaciones quedando sin opción solo un food truck,entendía que situaciones pasan,pero ocurrió casi todos los dias,uno de los buffet nunca abrió y el buffet de la piscina las opciones son bien limitadas"

"Breathless punta Cuna was excellent. Superior customer service and the food was great too. A variety of restaurants to choose from. The entertainment was top-tier as well, a very diverse entertainment crew. Our concierge Edwin was phenomenal and the Bellman Freddy helped us out with anything we needed. One small thing the hot tubs need to be updated."
