I absolutely loved it! It was so nice to return after hot days sightseeing with wonderful air conditioning.

The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean, fresh and welcoming after a long day of traveling. Public transportation was close, we used a car to get to old town which easily navigated to. The breakfast had plenty of options for the entire family.

Excellent hotel, exceptional customer service, very accommodating and helpful, and great breakfast. There is a food court right below the hotel. Only 17 minutes from Luxembourg train station driving a car but the bus takes almost an hour.

Great stay right outside the city that offers free parking and a spacious and comfortable room. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of fast food options with late hours. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The amenities are basic, but that’s to be expected for a hotel in this class. If you just need a safe and clean hotel for a short stay outside the city, this is a great option.

Our stay at Vistay apartments was great. Louis was great and excellent communication. Large apartment, next to new facilities, and very comfortable bed! Only downside was no dark curtains so woke up early every morning. But otherwise fantastic experience.

Great hotel, very clean and modern. The staff was incredibly helpful with choosing restaurants and dealing with noisy neighbors. Would stay here again anytime.

Pros: - Located right in the Place d'armes - very clean - super comfortable - spacious room with great minibar & tv channels Cons: - NONE ! Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again !

The hotel was very close to transit, grocery, pharmacy, coffeehouses, restaurants.

Great room, pretty good price for the location. I was happy to be located so close to the airport. Not really close to anything but the airport and all of its trappings. However bus and tram line are very close and free so getting into the city was no problem. Room quality and views were fantastic, The only down side was there was no coffee service in the room. We struggled to find a hotel in Luxembourg that looked reliable. The Novotel Suites was our "safe" choice and it was great. A/C worked in the heat wave. Everything was fresh, clean, even a bit space age. Three sinks, solid door to shower room. Hair dryer was the best in europe. Wasserkocher in room, but only small paper cups. Tram has been extended to the city and is free until mid Sept. Electric black out blinds and sound proofing helped sleep even on the road side of the hotel.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The staff were beyond helpful. First, we got a wonderful tour of the hotel and some of it's history which was really awesome. Second, the room itself was incredible. We got welcomed with delicious fruit, a fridge full of beverages (and lots of water which is always nice!), and tiny snacks. The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......

Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet at night and had very efficient blackout curtains, which led to good nights’ sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of foods. We were surprised to learn that the street was closed in front of the hotel and the local shops set up outside. The hotel and our rooms were clean, as was the hotel. It was easy to see that the property is well cared for and that the staff takes pride in their work. The Tourist Information center is right around the corner in the plaza, and absolutely everything is within walking distance! A couple of people in our party are light sleepers, and said that the noise from the bar on Rue Notre Dame and that from the plaza kept them awake.
