"This is our second stay here as we loved it so much the first time. Warm welcome, beautiful grounds, gorgeous rooms in a traditional country mansion. There is a walk along the salmon river to the fishing hut before you return to the sitting room with a real fire and a G&T at the honesty bar.
We loved exploring the wildness of the walled garden with bee hives (you can buy the honey back in the house) and free range chickens and raspberry bushes laden with big, fat fruit!

"Very welcoming reception from the host. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic cooked breakfast each morning. My wife is coeliac and was well catered for. This B&B is ideally suited for the city centre, has close transport links and also provides on-street parking.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. "

Free WiFi, iron and board, huge bathroom, dressing table with cotton wool balls etc Breakfast was lovely, full English, cereal, fruit and yoghurt nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was very clean and you felt you was at home as soon as you stepped through the front door. You had everything in the kitchen you needed.
