Absolutely gorgeous accommodation. Clean, comfortable, safe and modern rooms in a wonderful old ~1600s-1700s building giving a unique rustic flair. Fantastic location right in the heart of Ampthill (which is the most adorable little town), with plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Food and drink at the White Hart itself were fantastic. The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!

Lovely quaint village and country pub, was given a warm welcome on arrival. There are only 4 rooms in a separate block across the car park from the pub (no more than 20 yards away). The evening meal was excellent (calamari starter and pulled pork burger main) with good real ale. Topped off by an impressive breakfast - selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt then a choice of various cooked options.
