This was probably the best hotel experience we've had in years. The staff was the best we've ever interacted with. They offer a wine and cheese night Monday through Wednesday and their breakfast is excellent. Staff treated us like family and they acted as if they were owners of a bed and breakfast. The laundry room works very well and the gym was very nice. We stayed there for 8 days. The location is perfect and Central to everything you want to do in Newcastle.

This was a pretty hotel in the heart of Alnwick. I could park my car in the back and walk through town. It was very close to Alnwick Castle, shops and various restaurants. The staff was friendly, breakfast was included and they had plenty of hot and cold options. Plus you sit in the beautiful dining room of the RMS Olympic, sister ship of the Titanic. They also had nice lounge options to sit and relax and a bar for drinks and more casual dining. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, shower...
