Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). After spending the day in our beautiful hotel room we went to the front desk and asked if there was anywhere good around...

Loved the staff and we stayed in the Jane Lawrence room, a beautiful corner room with great views and a small balcony. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the location. Plenty of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially liked Amanda who was very kind to us!
A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! Exceptionally clean, with accommodating staff. Steps away from the National Palace, and tour bus
stops. Minutes from the train station, but don't try to walk it with luggage. Restaurants, and shops
just around the corner.
Everyone there was very polite, their food was pretty decent. Even though everyone’s English was very good they were delighted that I spoke some Portuguese to them. Overall very positive stay. My only take away was the construction noise near by and the planes flying overhead.

I loved the hotel, simple with comfy bed. The location is great, across the street is a hub for all the tours, downtown is less than a mile walk down nice street with expensive stores. The downtown is 20 min by walk, nice and quiet. There is a little market where you can get water , there is a refrigerator. Shopping mall 10 min walk on one street. If you are looking for a comfy bed, this is the place, taxi to airport at 3am 18 euro, regular time 10-15 euro, 15 -20 min ride
One of our most amazing experiences ever! This quaint new hotel checked all of the boxes. Clean, modern, amazing staff and perfect location, It is close to the airport and the center of town. We enjoyed several activities super close to the hotel. The staff made me feel so special they gave me a bottle of champagne and their native pastel de Nata for my birthday. The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport which makes it convenient it you have an early or late flight. Food options are very limited since there are not many restaurants or groceries around. The room was clean and comfortable but the a/c could have been colder. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to pick from. The staff were friendly and helpful

Ok, we did not get a room that looks like the pictures but it was perfectly nice, attractive, comfortable, quiet, and not too small as so many European rooms are. This hotel was a good home base for exploring Lisbon. The staff were great. Would stay here again.
I loved my stay, everything was perfect. If you want quiet might not be the place for you as it’s right next to a fire department, you hear lots of alarms, I didn’t mind it at all although some might.
