"I stayed at this hotel when I arrived and departed through Heathrow. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were adequate. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that needs attention. During my first stay, the water was turned off. On the second visit, I reported to the front desk that the room temperature in my room was stuck at 25 degrees Celsius. It was miserable to be so hot and they didn’t do anything to fix it. On both stays, there were issues with the elevators."

Room service was just plain bad food - but they have you hostage. It was clean. It is convenient if you need to be at terminal 2 for early flight and want to be on property. Otherwise it is overpriced across the board."

"When checked in, the iPad doesn’t work while typed in my information. That is your only way of check in and out, it should have been check daily are they working properly or not. Apart from that room is what you need for a night stay. There only one towel each. Face towel would have been helpful."
