The hotel was very conveniently located close to Ebina Station. It is especially close to JR Ebina Station, but the larger station is only a few minutes walk from the JR station. Lalaport Mall is literally right next to the hotel. You can go there to get all your shopping done. The breakfast buffet was quite amazing. This is a convenient place to stay in Atsugi as it is walkable from Hon-Atsugi station and there are many nearby shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the attendant Eiko (hope I got her name right) was super sweet and friendly. We also ate at the Chinese restaurant, and that was delicious. There is a nice lounge in the middle for meeting guests, and laundry facilities if you need them. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is newly opened and very modern. Self check in/out system and the rooms are like mini modern apartments with cookers. Washing machine. Refrigerator. A bit TV. The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system.
Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

Great location — near many shops and restaurants, and just 10 min walk to the beach. We reserved the Japanese style double that was beautiful. Small, but wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was a big fan of the Japanese breakfast. I really appreciated all the different beverages offered during breakfast too. I’d definitely stay here again.
This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.
