What a fun place to stay! There's plenty to do, or not, as you wish. The staff, Fabby and her assistant, Damian, where so helpful. They even made good suggestions for our on going trip. The food is really good as well.
Chila is friendly town close to some beautiful beaches and close enough to puerto Escondido. I also enjoyed spending time on the Chila River. Perfect for my dogs.

This is a beautiful property in a stunning part of the world. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is so relaxing. We will definitely be back. One small issue is that while the hotel was listed as Adults Only, one couple brought their children, including a baby. We questioned this and were told that oftentimes people just turn up from the States with their kids and check in. Very clean, well maintained property. Personalized service from a very friendly staff. Steps from the beach, cafes close by. Taxi service was readily available for Zicatela Beach and La Punta locations. Air conditioned bedrooms upstairs with a nice, private plunge pool. We received a very helpful list of recommended local restaurants and establishments. The manager was quick to respond via WhatsApp if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay here!
Hotel was beautiful quiet and very exclusive, only thing was very slippery coming out of the shower. My husband slipped and almost hit his head on the edge of the tiled floor.
The property was very nice & clean. The host Diana & Staff were always very responsive & helpful during our stay. I like that the Zicatela Mercado is near for morning breakfast with a beautiful sea view & some shopping. The Zicatela beach is also only a few blocks done to the stripe with plenty of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

The airline refused to offer me a refund or credit. So I went through with my original travel plans.
It was a very quiet hotel. I was probably the only guest there one or two days.
The room was nice. Easy to use a/c unit in the room. Ceiling fan in the room also. Small mini fridge in the room.
The water in the shower is a little cool which is perfect for when you come back from the beach and need to cool down....
