"Hotel was lovely clean and quiet with great amenities. Pool and spa were fun. Only negative was we booked a certain room and they didn’t have it available when we checked in so we ended up with 2 different rooms. It didn’t matter too much for one night tho. Friendly staff"

"A very well located hotel close to the main railway station in Charleroi. Check in was quick, the room was comfortable with good air conditioning and reasonably quiet at night. A good value stay and would recommend."

L’ambiance était calme, idéale pour se reposer, et le petit‑déjeuner, complet et savoureux, nous a permis de bien commencer la journée. Nous étions une famille de quatre et avons grandement apprécié notre passage."

"Hotel was situated in the perfect location close to the train station and within easy access to travel links to the airport. It has plenty of amenities nearby including shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel was lovely, well kept, clean and modern with friendly staff and great bar service with Happy Hour on great cocktails. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with tea making facilities and an even a mini fridge. The one down side of the room was that it was very warm and the airconditioning was quite loud and didn ’t seem to be doing a lot but other than that I can’t fault it."

"Enchanting property but rooms were average. Older but cozy. No elevator, no in room refrigerator or bottled water, no TV, no AC, no bug screens which were a serious issue given the heat wave and no AC. That said the price was very reasonable and the property is dreamlike so I'm glad to have been a guest."

"This was a last minute booking due to an imminent need to return to UK ( motorcycle trip ) and having done 400km with another 300 to do. Staff v friendly, this is a hotel which supports water sports groups ( mostly young kayakers ), but Dinant is a lovely location. The bar restaurant is another building the other side of the car park, which was open for drinks but kitchen was closed. However around the corner on the waterfront was a fabulous bar/ restaurant with loads of character. The hotel overall was what we wanted, a bed for the night. I was not put off by young people enjoying the water, it was nice to see."
