"No airport shuttle. No humans at hotel. Everything is automated and not in a good way. The bed was way up firm for me and i felt like i sleept on the floor. I wish i knew this before. I would suggest others hotel for a little more but it will not be a hassle. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. "

"Stalinist era building adjacent to Terminal 3. A gloomy place with bare minimum of furnishings and limited facilities. My back will never be the same after sleeping on the dreadful bed. Overpriced restaurant menu. I booked because it was cheaper - now I know why......"

"The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she took it down. I asked her her name and she refused to tell me. All the other ladies had their name displayed by the front desk. She was borderline rude and NOT helpful at all."
