Great staff and food. Everything was spotless and clean. We used the kitchen which was fully outfitted with everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The room was so clean and well equipped. Transfers from Airport to hotel at midnight and from hotel to the airport (back and forth) were all on time on a modern and clean van, with a driver who was very kind and helpful. These was service provided by the hotel with a fair separate price from the accommodation rate. The front desk staff was always very attentive as they were available to clarify and assist with any question, request, or doubt before arrival, during and after our stay there....

This hotel is only a couple of years. We liked the facility, the atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff!

Was thankful to secure a last-minute booking at this hotel when our flight to Boston was cancelled. The location was beautiful. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and they were even able to accommodate our need for three people in one room.The free breakfast was tasty. The desk workers were unfailingly helpful and patient, even when slammed with bookings from others from our cancelled flight.

It was amazing. Close to the middle of town Jose was amazing at the front desk. Very easy to communicate in English 24 hr front desk. Easy access to airport. Nice breakfast parking for about 10 cars. Nice pool. Absolutely amazing

Wanted to stay in a place other than a cookie cutter hotel and more like one with local charm.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Modern, very attentive and pleasant staff, convenient location, free underground parking, even curtains operating on buttons. Very good breakfast but no hot meal options. We have tried the restaurant and found it good but more expensive than it is worth. Restaurants in downtown are better value, but if you are tired at the end of a busy day then absolutely go and dine right on the property.

It was great. Employees were very friendly and professional.

The hotel was clean and located in an excellent spot. The staff made an effort to assist with everything, including parking. The rooms are not large. The breakfast was excellent in a nice atmosphere. In short, a recommended place.

The only complaint was no parking available @ properly… but was advertised on description.

Elegantly decorated boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring the city. Room was very comfortable and staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not very extensive but still quite lovely. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi tub, sauna, and outdoor pool - it's small but we had it to ourselves! Hotel has only two designated parking spots for an extra 20€ fee. Parking was a bit of a pain mostly due to Portugal Day street closures, but it was easy to find street parking nearby once...

Excellent bed, amenities, bar service and restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very good. The only drawback was the young man who set up our guided tour simply wrote down our names and told us to be in the lobby at 9:30. More explanations should be given. Also let people know that Roberto’s does not take credit cards. Otherwise, fabulous!

Very nice hotel with convenient location and plenty of free parking. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We were very happy with the service at the hotel.

Beautifully renovated with a modern feel while thoughtfully preserving the charm of the original building. Gorgeous views, peaceful and quiet surroundings, and a wonderful breakfast. A truly lovely stay!
