The staff here is second to none when it comes to accommodating their guests! We had our wedding in Sao Martinho do porto and many of my guests stayed at Storytellers. The staff was overly accommodating to my guests giving many of these seasoned travelers a great experience. Parking is difficult as you would imagine for a beach town in July! Fun, funky and artsy boutique hotel just a few steps away from the pedestrian shopping area and the park. Spacious room with a welcome decanter of port, but no in-room fridge or coffee maker. Wonderful staff and breakfast with a nice buffet selection and cooked to order eggs and bacon. Small inconvenience of no onsite parking and no place to pull over to unload bags. No lift, so be aware that even if you book the 1st floor, it's really the 2nd floor, as the first floor is "Piso Zero" there.

The property is just a short walk to the beach. There are restaurants, bakeries and a laundromat all within walking distance from the hotel. It has a beautiful pool. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the best sleep I have had in Portugal. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and accommodating. I can honestly say they took very good care of us. If we were ever to return to Nazare this is the only hotel we would ever consider staying at....
