"This extraordinarily beautiful hotel is one of the most luxurious properties in Belize. We stayed in the Creekside rooms which are individual units next to running water, surrounded by lush flora and fauna, with the lovely and constant melody of birds. The service by staff is excellent, the restaurant is stunning, and each dish fresh, unique, inventive and of the highest quality. There are interesting and beautiful jungle trails on property, as well as a gorgeous sister property with a riverside restaurant to visit and enjoy. Sleeping Giant is one of a kind and worth the effort for visitors to travel inland. We chose to spend our three nights on property to fully enjoy the amenities and not venture out on excursions. "The kind, capable, and attentive staff at beautiful Dream Valley resort was the highlight for us. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. We are two couples traveling, and each of our rooms were lovely, very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed beautiful views of the river, on the spectacular sights and sounds of the birds, and howler monkeys in the surrounding jungle. We even spotted a coati! Dream Valley is conveniently located near the must see ATM cave as well as cave floating opportunities. With two pools and a delicious restaurant on property, Dream Valley offers a relaxing retreat for travelers."

"Safe, clean and very friendly staff. A great downtown spot with walking distance to restaurants. The only downside is no pool but there are plenty of hotels nearby that will do day passes for the pool. "

"10/10 experience! Not only was the resort beautiful the staff were attentive and friendly. Any need I had they went above and beyond to fulfill. The resort also was a 8 min drive from downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient. My cousin and I left sad to leave such a paradise. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the future! "
