"We were in the Iris apartment. It is lovely - very spacious, nice to have a kitchen and very conveniently located. The breakfast right next store for a very reasonable charge is a great and easy way to start the day. So many restaurants and shops in close proximity and we walked to all the attractions we visited - the duomo, underground, bell tower, museums and the exterior trail around the town. Highly recommend Orvieto for a nice contrast to the busyness of Rome."

"The location next to the Duomo was perfect. We needed extra help driving to the parking lot. I advise anyone to rent a small sized car to navigate these narrow town roads. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!"

"Rooms were small but clean and had all the necessary items. Good AC, thankfully, as Orvieto was very hot. Breakfast (included) was simple but good. The staff were friendly, fast and helpful. Two items to note: 1) Hotel signage is very subtle. Believe your Apple Maps. It’s there. 2) Parking is scarce. Plan to walk a bit. Good overall. Thanks!"

"This hotel was so much better in person than it looked online. The rooms were large and we had a balcony with outdoor seating. The staff were very nice and helpful, the air conditioning worked well which was appreciated as it was very hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location was central to everything. Maybe not perfect for people with mobility issues, as there are some stairs to negotiate here and there, but that is true of many hotels in historic areas."

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."
