It says that you have to contact the property for check in instructions and lists a phone number. This was the second hotel in a small village we stayed in (other was in Azay-le-Rideau), and I absolutely loved this one, too. This charming hotel in a 1700's home was at the top of the hill, a block down from the Basilica. The staff was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and clean and updated, with plenty of room for me and my luggage (my room had a double bed).
