A very large and spacious room with two separate areas, a good wellness zone with a wide selection of different saunas and a small pool, and a nice restaurant.
Some drawbacks: the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks, and there was no closing door between the two room areas. There were also no croissants at breakfast. The price felt a bit too high for what was offered.
From the front desk to the waitstaff in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and could communicate with us as we didn’t speak much German. The food was very good at the restaurant and the location was right in the middle of town. If you’re from the states and used to cold A/C you’ll have to let that go and enjoy the “light” A/C. I highly recommend this hotel in Deggendorf.

This hotel was wonderful. It was quiet, it was sparkling clean, the room was good sized with a lovely balcony. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was very good. I was here a full week and never got tired of it because there was good variety with eggs, meats, cheeses, yoghurts with multiple toppings and many breads and spreads. I was able to go for long walks and runs on lovely quiet streets and paths right from the hotel, and parking for my car was easy right behind the hotel. I am...
