Beautiful hotel, perfect location opposite Buckingham Palace, and spotless rooms. The staff made it truly special – Manager "Adam" was incredibly attentive and ensured everything was perfect. "Alicia and Paul" at the front desk were so kind, helpful and always went the extra mile with recommendations and service. Genuine hospitality from start to finish. Will definitely be back!"

"This is one of my favorite London hotels. I love their breakfast, they are right across from the Tower of London and SO close to the Tower Hill tube stop. Tower Hill is a great neighborhood… a little out of the downtown area with some lovely pubs and very walkable to my favorite spots."
