"Beautifully maintained property with warm, kind and helpful staff. Our room was very nice, bed was super comfortable, and the cleaning staff were very attentive to ensure the room was clean and we had what we needed. The breakfast was amazing and even though there were alot of guests at breakfast, everything flowed with a high level of efficiency. We had to leave before breakfast on the last morning and the gentleman at the front desk ensured we had breakfast sandwiches to take with us. Everything I mentioned says a lot about the hotel, staff, and service on its own but we were also there during days when the hotel was fully booked. So, that’s an even higher level of excellence to me."
"The delicious breakfast is very well stocked and displayed with very good food. However, the behavior of the guests is appalling! I was bumped by people trying to get food. One man jumped in front of me, stretched his arm in front of me, grabbed a cup and filled it with coffee while I was clearly ahead of him in line, already holding an empty cup. The vibe in the dining room felt like sharks at a feeding frenzy. As an American, I’m sensitive to my countrymen behaving badly but I did not witness this at all! It appeared to be mostly big Europeans acting rudely."
"The hotel is ideally placed in Central Oslo. It is visible from the exit of Central Station and is just next to the bus and tram routes.
The Reception was open after midnight when I got in after a delayed flight. The free coffee was very welcome.
The room was nicely presented and the fixtures and fittings were all brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.
I would definitely stay at the property again."
"Hotel is ideal, perfect for Bergen airport, rooms are well managed, clean. Currently there is industrial action affecting the hotels, food was really terrible, cold vegetables and luke warm tasteless lasagne, generally unedible for a ridiculous price. If staffing issue would be better to advise no food available than what they provided."
