"Great buffet breakfast, amazing dinner and drinks. Staff super friendly and helpful. The pool is not suitable for colder weather. Staff member advised it’s heated but when the weather is cold the pool can’t heat itself. It was approx 12 degrees when we were there. Seems a waste of electricity heating it year round when it’s not really suitable. My partner had a cold plunge and was nice to get in the spa after it, but it also had its downfall when you had to get out of it and it was cold. Would stay again though, just wouldn’t book it for the pool in winter time."
"The staff were courteous. The loo was blocked, the bed was blood soiled (not noted till waking in the morning) and the walls in the bathroom rotten. The light was not sufficient for anything other than ambiance. Drinking water to be sourced from same area as human waste. Lovely shower. The fridge identified as a freezer and froze the contents before morning. Likely won’t stay again."
