"Best staffs, service and facilities. Highly recommend to stay. Though it is big, shop and cleaning staffs care customer and help to find the route, and food was good. French restaurant was quite nice too!"
"Tastefully decorated, clean, and classy hotel. Every staff member were polite and competent. Melody at the front desk working the early morning hours was exceptional. She was super helpful and enthusiastic in helping us with info on tourist attractions and mapping them for us due to the concierge desk not being open. "

Breakfast room was specially loud. Suggest introduction of a mandatory note to all guests to have their phones on silent mode and not have sound when watching videos on their phones, laptops, etc."
