I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

6 blocks from cruiseship ports. 3 blocks from chinatown. 1 1/2 blocks from airport limosine bus stop. 1/2 blk from subway. Place was very clean, very safe and at least 1 person on duty who spoke english. Staff very helpful and accomadating. Easy to get around.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was just amazing. Loved the separate shower room.

I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. The sea view of the room is amazing. It is convenient to transport because there is subway station close to the hotel. And there is a shopping mall nearby. Strongly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and while I was checking in the staff was very kind.

Property was rather old, but it was conveniently located. Breakfast provided was simple but okay. Staff was friendly!

This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.

The Still hotel is perfectly located in Ozo. Less than a minute walk to the Higo Ozy train station. You’ll find plenty of taxis and buses there as well. The hotel itself is relatively new, and is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helps with whatever you need. The rooms are great, spacious bed, wet room and toilet room with bidet. Fresh linens, towels and pijamas every day even if you don’t have room service. A neat bag will be placed on your door including a bottle of water....

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).
