"Beware!!!!! I stood outside in the sun for an hour knocking, ringing, asking neighbors and passers by for help or info. This was well within the check in time. I got there before four and gave up, melting, after 5. The app charged me for two people not one which I was hoping to fix but instead I paid for two for a room and got zero. The phone number, if you can find it brings you to a recording saying the number does not exist. I booked a room on another app so I paid for three beds. I’d like a refund, but who do I ask?"
