I was so pleased with this hotel from the moment i stepped in. Every staff member were pleasant and greeted me when I passed. The breakfast that was included was buffet style and everything was delicious. We had dinner at El Faro and everything was amazing. Asked for an iron and it came to us quickly. Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and had everything you would expect from any other hotel. My only gripe, and it is a very minor gripe, is that the restaurant only serves food during certain meal times. But they are close enough to many other good places to eat, so it really wanst a big deal. I was still able to get a delicious Mojito with fresh mint from the garden. And when I was able to eat at the restaurant for Bfast, and 1 dinner...

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great location. Karla was a fabulous host, her breakfast was so delicious with fresh Ecuadorian fruits, eggs and bread. The grounds are beautiful, lovely pool surrounded by lush local gardens and indigenous pottery. Our cottage was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. We had a fabulous 5 nights, thanks to Karla's hospitality, lovely weather and the Pacific Ocean just across the road.
