Breakfast was biggest disappointment- more than enough variety but fruit poorly presented in tiny blocks that meant watermelon was mushy. Service definitely an area for improvement. No coordination between staff meant asking 3 times for a second coffee to get one and then no warm milk

The staff are well meaning but we were disappointed with the faulty air conditioner in one of our 2 suites.
After complaints, they offered us another room but we declined to move for 1 night. Instead they placed an air cooler but those are notoriously useless in humid weather like Kochi.

Small point of feedback is in relation to maintenance and attention to detail. Cupboard doors were not closing properly, there was a sticker on the toilet seat, soap dispenser in lounge toilet was dirty. But no major issues, we had a wonderful time "
