We traveled to Lamu for the weekend and the Lamu House was absolutely incredible.... Everything from the hotel itself to our room to the staff -- I can honestly say it is one of my favorite hotels in the world (and I travel frequently). They picked us up (and dropped us off) at the airport, gave us fresh juice and water on arrival, helped plan our days and were generally a joy to be around.
