"I was grounded in Munich due to the storm and booked one night here. My room was a reasonable rate and super clean and the staff, from front desk to restaurant - at night and the next morning, were top notch working their tails off due to the influx of stranded guests. I wish I had more time to explore but this place was warm and had a very calm and eco aesthetic. "

The area is very active because of the train station, which also makes it super-convenient for transportation anywhere. The AWA Hotel is a clean and quiet oasis, just what you need after the bustle outside. Beds are really comfortable, slept great. Restaurants are mostly Turkish/Middle-Eastern, noisy but the food is fresh, try Sara restaurant 3 blocks away, terrific. Easy walk to center of town. ...
