Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Exec lounge staff were excellent. Hotel close to subway line 1.

First stay for 4 nights, and an overnight stay 5 days later. First time, we were upgraded to a room on the 32nd floor. Spectacular view of the city. But, the toilet was all plugged up from the plumbing. I did not even know how to explain this to the front desk staff. Because of that, we just had to make sure that the toilet seat's cover is down. All the time to cover the stanch. Other than that, the hotel ground level entry has a brand new juice bar. Nice high end coffee house and 7 Eleven and...

Great room and breakfast

Very nice hotel with very good breakfast and resturants. Off in a quiet neighborhood, but inexpensive taxi ride to many tourist sites. Not a well known hotel for taxi drivers. We had to provide directions numerous times.

In general, it’s a very good place to stay.

We stayed here for a total of four nights during our time in Chengdu. The hotel was not very far from a lot of the places that we visited, so it was convenient and inexpensive to call a cab from there. The staff are very acommodating and are used to catering to both Chinese and Westerners alike (although some of the staff speak better English than others).
