Gorgeous quiet grounds, staff super attentive to all needs from pizza to pharmacy run. Delicious chocolate cake for my wife’s birthday. Gin and tonics ran up the stairs to poolside ASAP. Included breakfast under heaters on the lawn delicious with fresh squeezed green juice and wake up Bloody Mary. Jennifer and Millie excellent!

The staff were exceptional. The place is quiet, no loud music at the pool. The pool was a perfect temperature! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We are world travelers, stay in only the finest resorts and are among the most selective (read "picky") guests. That being said, Las Ventanas is an absolute paradise. It was excellent, beautifull and peaceful.

We only stayed here one night, was a last minute getaway. The place was exactly what we needed and wanted after a stressful week. We really liked the quiet time when they turn all the lights out and you can relax in the pool and enjoy the stars. We had a few well made alcoholic beverages and the food from the restaurant was delicious.

Very new and clean hotel. Our new go-to spot in Valle de Guadalupe . They are finishing the pool and it looked like it was going to be very nice . Staff was very attentive. They left fruit and croissants in the room and staff was very friendly. Only recommendation (wife’s request) would be Nespresso Machine’s instead of Keurig :) Keurig is still a nice touch in my opinion though !

Very good hotel extremely comfortable with a great kind helpful staff.

Beautiful property. Only feedback is that the water pressure and shower drainage is not great. If you maximize the shower head there will be a ton of water overflow in your bathroom. Other than that, this place is amazing.

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort that offers exceptional service and a range of dining options. As a foodie, I tried most of the restaurants and found the meals to be good overall. The Lobster House was my favorite, as it served outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Kitchen Table offered a breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options for everyone. The staff & ownership of Casa Joseph clearly put a lot of thought, energy, and care into this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here - the food was absolutely delicious (and generally reasonably priced), especially the breakfast. I would say the overall vibe is relaxation, so not too many amenities outside of a nice wading pool, yoga, spa services. They had live music every night. I booked this hotel for my wife who was traveling alone at the time. We were there for a wedding. Not only in San Miguel de Allende a beautiful city with beautiful people, but this hotel exceeded our expectations.
