Amazing piece of Caribbean paradise! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special.

Best hotel in Panama City. The concierge was exceptional. A very pleasant stay and the only place id consider staying ever again in Panama City.

Perfect location in the middle of the historic old city. Excellent property condition (just renovated), spacious rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A good breakfast to order is included at the downstairs restaurant. The only negative point is the absence of an elevator, so you will have to run up and down the stairs.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

Such a beautiful place! Lovely view and very close to access to the beach. 5 min small boats ride. Relaxing environment mixing mountain feeling and beach view. Very cozy for family of 2 kids. The people in charge there are exceptional!

Ciel y Miel is a beautiful boutique eco-lodge, but it’s important to know what to expect. It’s located inside a national park, so the final road is dirt and very remote. You park at the lower entrance and the staff drives you to the rooms. Our first night was an adjustment after a long drive. The property was very quiet (we visited during the low season), and the jungle sounds took some getting used to. By morning, we realized how peaceful and beautiful it really was. This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter. The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.

My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

It was close to all the shopping malls

Everyone except Adriana was very nice. She could have been nicer instead of being very rude.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama. We loved the place. Staff is super helpful and kind. LOCATION LOCATION. Main Plaza and Cathedral are located one block away. Main places to visit, plazas, great rooftops, and great restaurants are at walking distance. When back to Panama will definitely go back to this hotel.

Excellent rooms and fantastic staff!

We arrived early from the David airport around 10am and we were just going to drop off our bags and they not only held our bags without question but then also took the time to make sure we had our room early if one was available! (Which there was!)-just be aware during their peak season it may not happen we were just lucky in the off season! The staff is SUPER friendly! I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. Kevin from reception did a great job and also yonnay the bellmen. Housekeeping always made sure we where good. I would recommend your hotel.

Staff was very nice, specially, Barbara at recepcion and Alanis, at the bar. Although, hotel areas and bedroom were clean, the bathtub walls presented mold, otherwise highly recommended.

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed in unit 1508 and it felt brand new—super clean, stylish, and in a very safe area. I was nervous about booking last minute, but check-in was smooth. Irving greeted us and made us feel at home. Another huge plus is the location—you’re right across the street from a beautiful, modern mall with tons of great stores, cafes, and restaurants. There’s also a dog park directly across the street, as well as a family-friendly park nearby...

My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

The only place I stay when visiting or passing thru the city..

I loved my stay at this hotel. While the room was great and the breakfast excellent what sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the staff. I want to particularly mention Diego and Alejandra who made my stay feel like I was l staying with friends. Gracias!
