"The place itself is definitely getting old. The service was great and the staffs were nice. There is a 24HR convenience store right by the entrance so, I got a coffee from them every morning. Right by the Hirosaki station; so it’s easy access to anywhere.
I just hope they will update inside soon.

"First, there’s no hot spring, only hot water bath. There’s a grand piano at the center of the lobby free for guests to play. It’s fun for few individuals to play but a torture for the rest of the guests. The sound proof of rooms is not so good. While the hotel is rather new and the lobby area is spacious and the room was clean, the noise was unpleasant."

It was quiet, and very cold, and a lot of the businesses in the area weren’t quite open at regular hours yet, but we still enjoyed our time!
