"Very nice hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is located out of town in the rural area which is pretty (you could see cows in the far fields, for example). Parking is available free of charge and having a car was necessary. We went out for a dinner at "The Grill-Bremen" which was very nice. Excellent breakfast. Good internet. Very quiet room, perfect for sleeping and relaxation. No lift in the hotel. Overall a nice stay."

"A jewel in the middle of nowhere. Everything is fine, restaurants have a good atmosphere. Prices include breakfast, but are actually a bit too high vs comparable houses. If you are out for sports or Lüneburger Heide, it's a good place to choose."

"This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas). "

"Sadly the restaurant takes it down a notch. No clear direction on where to go to get there and the servers felt confused but they where nice. The food was good though. We must also have had some elephants sleeping above us but that is not the Hotels fault 😅"

"The hotel is situated in the downtown area of Soltau. Shopping, restaurants, bars and museums are all in walking distance. Access to the entire Heidekreis by car is excellent. Even so the hotel was quiet. The hotel was clean and the service staff was friendly. The furniture and the interior of the hotel were old, reminiscent of the 60s and 70s. The bed was a bit too small for me and the pillow somewhat uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I felt that the cost-benefit ratio was acceptable. Breakfast...

"Hotel and restaurant are very family friendly. Rooms with 4 beds are spacious. Breakfast buffet is great. Restaurant menu covers all tastes. Service's friendliness is outstanding. "

"Stayed in a newly renovated room on the 3rd floor, it was a very nice and big room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was nice and the breakfast table had all you need."

"Simple room with simple breakfast. There was no elevator, or we couldn't find it. We used a car for transportation, parking is extra 6 euros in the yard, but free in the surrounding streets. With the window open, we could hear the noise of the restaurant opposite for a long time the first night."
