The Greenhouse Hotel

"We loved everything about this hotel, the area around it was very quiet, but areas that were walkable and a grocery store and gas station right in front of the property, which was convenient to grab on our way back out of town. The room was adorable, we loved all the thoughtful touches, including the bulletin board with all kinds of information about the area. The downstairs with the shop and food hall was a nice perk. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast, although not extensive and options was very good. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at hotel Grimsborgir! The rooms were spotless and very roomy. The hot-tub was also a great addition and lovely to be able to use it in the evening after a busy day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and the food (both the included breakfast and paid dinner) was amazing with lots of options. The location was excellent in a nice quiet part of Selfoss. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights from our room!!"
