We went to an event at the Coop live and it was perfect, as we left there were queues a mile long to go back into the centre of Manchester but nothing coming out to the village hotel, glad we chose this one. "Staff helpful as always, i had left my plug for my charger at home and they were able to supply one fir me. I also ordered room service with an instruction to knock gently which was followed perfectly.
The only drawback was the flush on the toilet was broken,it still flyshed but needed a lot more effort to get it to work. "

" The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again."

"El apart es muy completo y bien ubicado, cerca de la Estación Victoria y terminal de Buses. El personal también muy amable, el desayuno es básico pero uno puede tomar café y jugos las 24 hs. Muy recomendable. Tambien posee GYM y laundry.
