"Great apartment and Rosie the host was very friendly,welcoming and warm. The only issue we had was the noise from the apartment above. It kept us awake for a couple of nights. You can hear every step and every word said. Could probably do with some sound proofing on the floors."

"Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. "

We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately.
