"Lovey hotel. We went for an afternoon tea gift. Which was amazing. Everything baked in house. We made a weekend of it with an overnight stay. Staff very very friendly and nothing too Much trouble. Location is wonderful with a couple of good walks.
Rooms very clean and homely. Food very very good. You really do feel spoilt. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the New Inn. Mark was welcoming on arrival, our room was an executive triple room, it was equipped with what we needed, the beds were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great. We sampled the local Sandford Orchards cider which was scrumptious! Breakfast was very tasty too."

"Stayed for one night while attending a Christmas party at a nearby farm shop. Suzanne was very welcoming when we arrived showing us where everything was. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place. "

Quality produce and locally sourced, the portions were very generous and there was lots of choice. It’s in a peaceful location and once you drive out you have the choice to go into Devon or drive further into Cornwall.

They keep pigs and chickens, which we were lucky enough to feed, and I can report that the sausages, bacon & eggs at breakfast were very tasty!

"Our stay at the Cridford Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the room, the staff, the restaurant (we tried the medieval recipes and they were great), the bar and the fabulous breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The area offers a vast number of walks on the beautiful Moor. "

Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were so friendly safe car park situated in lovely village with with beautiful dark skies for viewing the stars nice and peaceful we will be back"
