"This is the second time we have stayed for an overnight here in this beautiful hotel… It is only five minutes off of Highway 81 and in a beautiful college town. It is a little over two years old and we decided to stop here again and push through our drive just overnight here, amazing restaurant too on the very top floor, beautiful views …"

"The staff was personable whether through text or in person. I was in the Anna room which was absolutely charming and clean and lovely. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Breakfast served by Kim Gomer was a delightful experience. Even able to eat out on the veranda. I definitely will return!"

"This is seriously the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. You couldn't hear your neighbors or the people above you. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. "

"Main Street Inn lies in the heart of downtown Blacksburg. The rooms are quiet and cool, which is wonderful given the hot weather when I stayed. You walk out and you’re right in the heart of downtown, minutes away from The Lyric or Virginia Tech. The staff were nice and friendly. I stayed three nights, and I never had an issue. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Blacksburg "

Breakfast was excellent: cheese eggs, grits, apple cinnamon oatmeal, blueberry mini muffins, cinnamon raisin toast, bagels, yogurt with real fruit, and whole fresh fruit. Way more than you would expect at your usual hotel continental breakfast.
We took a stroll around the historic grounds and sat by the New River for a bit. Today we will rent bikes to ride the New River Park Trail.

Breakfast was excellent: cheese eggs, grits, apple cinnamon oatmeal, blueberry mini muffins, cinnamon raisin toast, bagels, yogurt with real fruit, and whole fresh fruit. Way more than you would expect at your usual hotel continental breakfast.

"We stopped here overnight on our way home from the beach, and I wasn’t sure what to expect but upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the Inn. The check in only took a minute, easy parking, and our room was beautiful! In fact, the entire Inn is outstanding. The bedding was soft as were the towels, and everything was spotless. Because we made dinner reservations elsewhere, we did not enjoy dinner at the Inn but the breakfast had a nice variety, was hot and delicious! Check out was simple...
