"Calling this a "boutique" hotel is definitively over-reaching, but it is fair as a 2-star hotel. We found an ironing table in the hallways, yellow stains in some sheets and in the washing basin, refrigerator was broken and had a misty smell inside and windows were poorly isolated so we heard passing traffic throughout the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though."

"Thats a residence, once you have this in mind it will be ok your stay. Apartments depnd on the onwer you get it. Mine was very basic.
Attention is good, good cafes near by.

"Everything was great. Maybe they just need to improve the deposit system. They impose penalty for late check out and got three tier deduction but for the refund got no system. Need to wait almost 24 hours to get refund back. But everything else was fine. The staff also respond well to get my deposit back. Maybe i will come back here for another stay. Hope next time they will upgrade the tv box and shower."

Nearby food and shops would require about 3 min driving.
