"All in all, we had a great stay! the location of the property is perfect and the beach was so nice. The staff was very kind and helpful (contrary to their sister property next door)! We especially loved the lady who does breakfast and coffee in the morning by the front desk, she definitely put a smile on everyone's face! We tried 3 of the restaurants onsite (RumFish Grill, the pizzeria at the other property and Gulfside Kitchen) and the food and service were really good too! The hotel itself needs a little love, it is not in the best shape, but it was ok. The pools were nice, except the one in the kids area with the pirate ship; it was pretty "cloudy" so we did not get in! Our room was comfortable and we liked the configuration, it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens since we had a lot of space and separated areas. It would be nice if there was added security or supervision on site so rules were respected. There was ALOT of people smoking weed and cigarette around the pool and public areas, which was annoying."

"The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. My husband is 90 so we were really not able to enjoy all of the amenities. Some higher lounge chairs would have been helpful as well as a walkway to the beach which really isn’t accessible to people with balance issues or disabilities. I would recommend it highly for families and younger grandparents who want to treat their kids and grandkids to a great vacation."

"We loved our stay here!! It was such a nice boutique style hotel. The rooms reminded us of a modern Route 66 style hotel. The rooms are so clean and look so modern and new. We had a great room with a pool view. It’s in a very safe, good location also. The pool is outstanding. We spent lots of time poolside and it was fantastic. We visited the Tiki Bar one night and had a blast there too! All property staff were so helpful and kind! This property was a 10/10 for us!"

"We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were kind to offer. The reason I mention this incident is with no intention to discredit this hotel, its just that we were so tired and hot after the weeding we were looking forward to some rest. After that moment, everything was perfect. The staff was great. AC was fixed next morning, The Viento restaurant was the highlight of our stay, all thanks to our server Roger who was the most attentive and gentle server. The food was A+. Beach A++. We would love to go back in the future :)"
