"The rumbling noise and shaking from the trains below the hotel was terrible. I finally got to sleep around 1am and was awoken from 4.30am onwards - I tried a white noise app which could not drown out the noise and did nothing for the rumbling movements. I was going to conduct a teleconference until noon but ended up checking out at 5.30am to drive the 2 hours home. I was also informed I would get a free bottle if wine as an Expedia VIP but was offered nothing. A waste of $200 - very disappointed."
"The twin room was spacious, clean and had comfortable bedding. Quiet and the location was great being only one block away from the Queen Victoria building and the light rail stop. Free refreshment's was a nice touch. However, our stay was marred by the fact that no satellite or cable channels were available even though this was a stated feature. As we paid $400 per night we weren’t very impressed and certainly would not have booked this hotel if we had known."
"Clean room with comfortable beds, pool was lovely in the afternoons, lots to choose from at the buffett breakfast and food was very good including dinner. Would recommend."
"Cleaners banging around first thing pushing to get you out do they could clean your room! Coffee stain on table not removed across the 5 days we stayed . "
"The suite is as large as a one bedroom apartment in New York City. It comes with washer and dryer inside that makes it very convenient for travellers with small children."
