We had some lost bags on the flight to Naxos and Paulo the hotel manager really helped us with dealing with the airport and the airline. The rooms are very nice and especially those with the more secluded balconies. The pool is very nice and cleaned regularly and the beach is right at the end of the road along with many resteraunts. "El dia que llegamos mi madre y yo estuvimos esperando una media hora porque no habia nadie en recepcion, estuvimos llamando y nadie contestaba, nos empezo a entrar el panico al ver que aquello parecia abandonado, la recepcion parecia que la hubieran saqueado, papeles por el suelo, desordenada y sucia, colgare una foto para que lo veais. Despues de haber preguntado abunas personas de una tienda de los alrededores que al final pudieron ponerse en contacto con el señor de recepcion, nos dice que...
