"No están preparados para ser un hotel. No tienen ningún sistema de climatización (ni ventilador) y hace un calor horrible en Praga durante el verano. Como abras la ventana entran todo tipo de bichos. El servicio de limpieza es muy limitado (solo hasta las 11 o 12 de la mañana). Si sales de la habitación más tarde, te quedas con ella sin limpiar. "Price/Quality relationship very good. Very big rooms with nice windows. Perfect hotel to have a nice place to sleep in without being pretentious. As drawbacks I would mention the curtains as they do not cover completely the window and the carpet which should be cleaner. "

"The place is nice but the communication is horrible. The check in time is for 3pm but they are so horrible or really lazy to send you the access code. They sent it to me at 5pm. I stayed here twice and it happened both times. They should hire an onsite person to be there because the online communications is ruining the place. "

"The property was okay. I stayed for one night. I wouldn't stay there again because of the bed. I was expecting a normal bed instead of a bunk bed it was showing on the picture when I booked it. The bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with my back soring really bad. My back is still hurting as I write this review. It was not a comfortable situation I couldn't sleep well."
