But even with this they went out of their way to make it work for us, had great communication to keep us informed and made us feel very welcome. Thank you. "Amazing little getaway for a few nights while working away, couldn't fault it in anyway, would definitely stay here again, I did find a negative review online regarding the hot tub, however I did not have the same issue when I stayed.. it was up and ready to use upon my arrival, great service! 4.9 stars from me! I'm only knocking off .1 as the lock was a little dogey to lock/unlock.. I was made aware of this, however does need fixing for future guests!"

A mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold & milk rather than have to collect from the restaurant. Lastly, not sure there is any need for the green fire exit lights above the doors in a small room. Lit the room up at night which affected our sleep. On a positive, staff all so friendly &...

"There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one)."

We initially couldn’t find parking as there was a darts match on (Thursday for reference) but you could block people in and shift it later on. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, and the room had plenty of tea, coffee, UHT milk, sugar as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We slept very well. Once the pub is closed it’s very quiet. "
