"Took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get checked in. The desk staff had checked someone else in on my reservation and had extreme difficulty figuring out how to fix it. The amenities for washing up were missing and there was no hair dryer and they were unable to find one. There was no way to make even a cup of tea in the room as there were no hot cups or kitchen implements in the kitchen. The continental breakfast had only forks for making and eating the packets of oatmeal. "
