"Better response time would be better; took awhile to get the codes to enter the property and my room. Would also be nice to have bigger towels; they were a bit small to dry off with after showering. Besides all that; great place. Clean; newly renovated. Front desk guy was cool. One thing I did have issue with was the homelessness. Shady characters hanging around the property. Would be nice if the property owners/managers had a nice relationship with SDPD to help move/keep the homeless out of the...

"The room was wonderfully comfortable. We loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying snacks and drinks. The property is located right in downtown and near public transportation. There were some sounds from transportation nearby that we could hear from the top floor starting at 4 AM, so be aware of that if you're a light sleeper or bring ear plugs, but the bed is super comfortable. "

"The location of the hotel was really good, especially since we didn’t rent a car. We were able to walk to the waterfront and to little Italy. The hotel smelled amazing and was super clean. The staff was helpful and got us whatever we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable also. If I get back to San Diego I will definitely stay again!"
