"This hotel gave me a home in Boston . It is beautiful, very clean, excellent service and excellent food. The staff were all very helpful , thoughtful and kind. I am 70 years old and I had to travel alone. The general manager Agnes set the example and I saw her greet people inside and outside the hotel. "We stayed here to sleep. Overall it was a good experience. We like the convenience of the location in Central Square, Cambridge. Although the rooms are surprisingly quiet (minimal noise from the street) we did hear periodic "rumbling" starting around 6 AM presumably from the T which runs underground. "
