"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...

"We wished we had planned a second night! We stayed here on our return from Sa Pa before taking a flight the next day. Very convenient and roads with light traffic to get to the airport. This is a 121 ha resort in a natural setting where you have free access to bicycles to explore. There are 2 or 3 restaurants including an excellent breakfast buffet. You can hear frogs singing at night and birds...what a concept around noisy Hanoi."

"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"
