"The room was clean with a view. The floor on shower gets flooded when you take shower as there is no gap to prevent water from going into the floor. My stay did not come with breakfast"

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"This condo was absolutely amazing! The owner was genuine and polite, and the view was amazing. The only thing I wish I would have had in the condo was blackout curtains to keep it a little darker and a little cooler, even though the AC worked perfectly."

"What a place ! Probably one of the best hotels around Mactan: new, beautiful swimming pools looking up over the sea. The staff upgraded me to a sea view room, and they were very kind. It’s quiet, no doors banging like in most hotels around the world. New standings !"

"Infinity pool is amazing to bob around in and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The food throughout the 4 restaurants on site i cannot fault. Great weekend away and would definitely recommend staying here and infant two more days would be perfect."

"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."
