"Ski bus stopped just over the road which was very useful. Kids playroom was a nice touch, our three year old spent a lot of time there. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, a great selection. My only suggestion for improvement here would be to have breakfast start half an hour earlier. Ski storage room was also very useful. "Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. "The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
