"Outstanding 5-Star hotel in a central walkable location near the beautiful waterfront, lots of eateries, and inexpensive places to buy clothing and souvenirs. Amazing staff and service. Newly renovated."

"Convenient location, great staff and the best bed and pillows 😊"

"A hotel in the centre of Kuching near the waterfront, with a lot of atmosphere, very helpful staff, and a nice pool! It is an adapted historic building. The breakfast is very basic but the city is full of inexpensive restaurants. Not everything is modern and polished here but that has its charm. It is a great alternative to the international mega hotels in the city that also charge you much more..."

"City Center. Walking distance to Waterfront. Eating places are surrounded"

"Clean,good location,nice staff"

"Clean comfortable room for no-fuss business stays. Right in the middle of lots of restaurants so plenty of food options. Friendly staff with quick check-in and check-out"

"Wallpaper needs upgrading. Lift was fast, that's good. Location is mostxsyratrgic for travellers planning to see Kuching city on foot"

"A great hotel and location on the waterfront to enjoy that part of Kuching. Was there 26 years ago and parts of hotel show it. Clearly been some renovation updates. Rye Bar, whilst good is lacking access points. Overall still warrants a 4.5 rating in that part of Kuching."

"This property is unique, we absolutely loved it It is a perfect location and the staff are fabulous and really helpful If you are expecting a 4 star hotel this is not it, but if you want to stay in a place that has so much old world charm and character then this is the place for you, absolutely fabulous"

"Great staff who were super friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. Comfortable room with basic amenities. Bathrooms could do with improving but it’s a super budget stay in great location "

"Amazing property, refurbished and spanking new. Location is quite strategic. I would rebook this property again if given the chance. Comfy, clean and friendly services. "

"Had a lovely time here. Great location near the river and amenities. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Highlight was the chicken rice at breakfast. Delicious. "

"We had a beautiful time at the Pullman. Our bedroom and bathroom was very spacious. The staff were always helpful and polite to us. The pool is enormous!"

"Great location, very friendly staff, Clean & comfortable rooms. I would recommend to stay here to my friends and family "

"Room was clean and staff helpful and really friendly. Infinity pool was amazing-especially at night overlooking the city. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were complimentary tea/coffee to go with kettle provided."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby"

"Excellent hotel and restaurant staff. All were very courteous, and receptive to our needs. Food was excellent and delicious. We really admired the historical and authentic indigenous artifacts and decor found in the lobby, cafeteria and on the grounds. The Wi-Fi was good but weak in some areas. The rooms were clean but dated. However the hotel is undergoing a major renovation beginning with the first floor. "
